Preparation of IT strategy

The famous university charged us with the preparation of its IT strategy for the period of 2008-2010. Besides detailed description and evaluation of the current situation, the strategy included PEST and SWOT analyses as well. Considering the different interests, the document outlines the vision of IT at the University, with alternative scenarios presenting potential futures and identifying tasks and related cost estimates that are essential in order to carry out the mission successfully.

KÖZMÉDIUM (Budapest)
Quality management

KÖZMÉDIUM, moving to a new site, assigned a company to install the IT infrastructure (network, IP phones, and WIFI services) of the new office on the site. MagiCom carried out the quality assurance of the projects as subcontractor of KÖZMÉDIUM. MagiCom gave suggestions after reviewing the system plans, testing, implementation plans, and the evaluation documentations. We participated in the testing process, and also testified the quality of works by site visits. Reviewing the plans, our experts provided advices to optimizing the operation and contributed a significant savings for the Client.
